a) Faulty or Damaged Item Received

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, just send 3-5 pictures of it to support@okchef.biz within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number. If the item delivered to you would be faulty / damaged, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be the pictures of the faulty item.


b) Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the product description mentioned on our website page. We've seen in most of the cases that the dimensions are overlooked by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support@okchef.biz so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case. Do note that our shipping charges are non-refundable and exchanges are charged for extra shipping.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with 3-5 picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
Please take the pictures such that a scale, ruler or measuring tape is kept next to the product, so the dimension is clearly noticed. 

c) Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting.  Our orders are delivered from our factory in Netherlands or China depending on the order demand and logistics available. We usually ship the order from our factory within 3-5 business days of receiving it. And it takes up to 45-60 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you.
If you choose fast shipping method like EMS and DHL at time of checkout, shipping period would be 15-20 days.
In some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues because every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit. We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days.
We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)
In case your parcel is NOT DELIVERED and 90 DAYS HAVE PASSED from your order dated, please escalate the issue immediately to support@okchef.biz and we'll be more than happy to assist you and send a free reshipment. 

d) I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

e) Will you have more products, designs, and varieties often?

Yes, we will be releasing more products and varieties weekly! Be sure to follow us on Instagram @okchef_worldwide and get notifications for sales and new arrivals!

f) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship Worldwide!  

g) How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 3-5 business days processing period followed by a 45-60 day standard shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 8-10 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

h) May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (3-5 business days). Email: support@okchef.biz with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience.

i) Where can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked on our website (click here) by entering the tracking number.
Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
FEW postal services, like domestic India Post DO NOT SUPPORT online tracking, so you might see that product has reached your country, but not updated further.  Please wait patiently and your order will be delivered within the estimated deliver time.

j) Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  

k) How can I pay?

We currently accept PayPal, PayTM and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.  

l) What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@okchef.biz & we will change it to the correct address
If it has already been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

m) Taxes & Duties:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
