Recipe for Vegetable Cheese Muffin

What you need:

  • MUFFIN MIX - 100g (Buy Now)
  • Chopped Vegies (carrots, peas, corns, zucchini, pumpkin, etc.) - 15g
  • Grated Cheese - 10g
  • Chilled Water - 54g
  • Oil / Melted Butter - 16g

How to:

  • Preheat Oven to 180 °C
  • Take content of MUFFIN MIX in a bowl.
  • Add Water and beat until smooth (approx. 2-3 mins)
  • Add Oil / Melted Butter and mix gently.
  • Fold in chopped vegies and grated cheese.
  • Divide the batter in to paper cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 mins and cool on a wire tray.
