WHAT YOU NEED
- DONUT MIX - 700g (Buy Now)
- Shortening / Butter - 50g
- Chilled Water - 350g
- Dry Yeast - 11g
- Take DONUT MIX, yeast and shortening in a mixer
- Prepare dough by adding water slowly and kneading for about 10 mins
- Sheet thru sheeter / roller-pin of ~20mm
- Cut in donut shape.
- Proof to double the thickness to ~40mm
- Fry @180 °C (or Bake in preheated oven at 220 °C for 12 mins)
